Quality

Our law firm is certified according to ISO 9001:2015 and was the first law firm in Switzerland to be awarded the SQS 9004 rating in addition to the ISO 9001 certification. Since the revision of the standard in 2015, SQS 9004 certification is no longer offered. The certification is a globally recognized standard that defines requirements for effective quality management in a company. This enables us to identify short and long-term challenges and, even with the rapid changes in technology, we can promote sustainable customer satisfaction and loyalty.
